OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Luisa joined Pegasus Partners in 2024 as an Operations Associate. In this role, she helps manage critical processes and data, ensuring family partners continue receiving exceptional service.

In her spare time Luisa pitches in on business operations for her family’s home remodeling business, Dutch Built. She holds a Journalism Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin.

A lifelong resident of the City of Milwaukee, she currently lives in Bayview and enjoys the occasional run on the Oak Leaf Trail, frequenting the South Shore Farmers Market and weekends on the lake with her family.
