FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Todd brought a team of professionals to Pegasus Partners’ predecessor firm Reinhart Partners in 2003. He served as  President and Chief Investment Officer at Reinhart and helped oversee and guide Reinhart’s growth from less than $1 billion in assets when they arrived to $5 billion at the time of the amicable business spin. Todd specializes in working with family business owners and company executives to coordinate and integrate their investment, estate, insurance, and financial plans.

He began his career working for the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal court system and has been in the investment field since 1992.  He previously worked for US Bancorp where he held numerous positions including the Lead Manager of the First American Midcap Growth Opportunities Fund and the Small Cap Growth Fund.

Todd graduated from Williams College with a BA in Political Economy and received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center.  He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

He has been on the board of  First Stage Children’s Theatre and the Treasurer and Vice Chairman of the successful $17.5 million fundraising campaign for the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center.  He also was the Vice Chairman in charge of  the 2008 U.S.G.A. Mid-Amateur Championship, 2011 U.S.G.A. Amateur Championship, 2017 U.S. Open, and the Chairman of the 2022 U.S.G.A. Mid-Amateur Championship.   

Todd and his wife Liz have three children and he enjoys golf, travel, and history.
